5 Minute walk to the beach. 30 minutes into town.

Bedroom 2 is very large with desk and plenty of storage.

There is also a communal office (2x2.7m with private entrance) that will also serve as the owners room 1 weekend toward the end of every month.

Hayley is the 9 year old house dog that stays at the property. The owner could not take her to Melbourne, so she is happy to befriend any tenant. Unfortunately, Hayley is very territorial, so will not accept other animals living at the property.

Hayley loves being around people and will whine until she gets a cuddle. She barks at cats while wagging her tail. She also likes to go for walks at the beach and will never say no, if you are up for it.

Suzie is a retieree that lives upstairs and has to exit the house from the internal stairs. She also helps with the yard. She is elderly and quiet, thus expects quiet flatmates.

Jade has rented room 3. She is 21, at Uni studying interior architecture, keeps to herself, likes cooking and also takes care of Hayley.

Sasha has rented room 1. She is in her 20's and works full time.

There is a bee hive in the far back corner of the backyard. The bees also keep to themselves unless I am collecting honey.

The rest is what you want to make it. As the fly in / fly out owner, I will mange the place based on the core tenants, which is now a mix of old and young.

As much as there is one shower, there are 2 toilets and 2 sinks so there is plenty of room.
