CHEAP rent and GREAT location handy for all key facilities. Seperate from the city but easy access in a reasonable amount of time - 3 minute drive to the train station - 37 minute train ride. This property offers a few key features:
- Your own bathroom
- Your own toilet
- Spacious room size
- Large wardrobe for two
- 2 shared living room spaces so you will likely have your own living room most of the time
- Shared kitchen facilities
- The room is a decent distance away from the other room where my partner and myself will be based
- Lots of sunlight
- Easy access to the Main South Road/Southern Expressway
- 3-minute drive from the Seaford Meadows train station (13-minute walk)
- 3-minute drive to Revo Fitness gym (18-minute walk)
- 2-minute drive to supermarket (16-minute walk)
- 2-minute drive to Seaford Beach (17-minute walk)
- Park and playground 50m from the property
- Bedroom is unfurnished
We will split the costs for water and power and ensure the process is easy for everyone. Our idea would be to make a specific account for utilities, and if there are leftovers, spend them on a shared activity.
We would love to build a fond professional relationship with whoever moves into the property. With this being said, we would appreciate a catch-up before confirming details so we can get a gauge on what/who we're signing up to rent with.
If you're interested, we would love to hear from you.

We're a straight couple aged 25 and 26.
Lauren (aged 26)
Lived in Adelaide my whole life and have moved from Somerton Park to be closer to my work, which is based out of Victor Harbour. I enjoy quiet nights in (love a games night) and also getting out and about in nature.
Seamus (aged 25)
Originally from New Zealand, and have lived in Adelaide for the past 3 years. I work in the city and commute on the train every day (nice and close) with the odd day working from home. I also like to get out and about and have the odd social occasion.
