The property is a large, quiet cottage home tucked away on a peaceful street in Underdale. It’s approximately 10 minutes to the CBD and around 12–15 minutes to Henley Beach by car, making it a really convenient location while still feeling calm and private.
The house is spacious and set up with bedrooms on opposite sides, allowing for privacy and separate living areas. It has a beautiful, well-kept garden and a lovely patio space. We’re still in the process of moving in, so the home is gradually being furnished and coming together week by week, but it already has a warm, relaxed cottage feel.

About the flatmates
We’re a married couple currently living in the home, with my husband moving in fully over the next few months. The house is large and set up so we’re on the opposite side, meaning you’ll have your own space and privacy. I’m a full-time teacher and my husband is a full-time engineer. We’re both hard-working and pretty low-key. I enjoy baking, gardening, and relaxing, and we value a calm home with personal space, while still being friendly and up for the occasional chat.
