We’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and responsible flatmate to join our home. The house is cozy, well-maintained, and located in a very convenient area—close to Gilles Plains Shopping Centre and Tea Tree Plaza. There are bus stops nearby with easy access to the city, making commuting simple.

Currently, three of us live here—a mix of working professionals and students. We’re a quiet household and not really into parties, so this place would suit someone who values a calm and respectful living environment. The current 3 flatmates are from Indian ethnicity.

The bedroom is currently unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully equipped with all essential amenities. You’re welcome to bring your own bed, or we can provide one if needed.
