You’ll have the fully self-contained flat to yourself. Our home backs onto the beautiful parkland in Albany Creek. 10 minute walk to all shops (Aldi, Coles, Woolies). 5 minute drive from the eh and heaps of foodie options.
The flat has a tv unit, couch, coffee table, and kitchenette (no oven, air fryer only) , but you’ll need a bed and dining table. A few shelves in shed. There’s a table and chairs downstairs, but I don’t really want anything else added sorry

About the flatmates
I’ll be renting downstairs of my house which is fully self contained. Shared laundry is also downstairs.
Upstairs is just myself and my 2 kidlets (6,8). They can be a little bit loud being kids, but they’re pretty cool and will always respect people being downstairs. We also have a staffy. I love my job and do work from home the majority of the week. I go camping and go away a fair bit.
I’m a non smoker and enjoy kicking back having a few beers. I’m social but also like to keep to myself.
Looking for someone who is a non-smoker, must be employed, preference for someone working in FIFO (but still message if you like), and is chill and clean and tidy. No parties, gatherings.
Rental date can be extended if it works for both of us
