About you: - Clean and tidy (pretty obvious one) - Owners prefer no pets but if you have an outdoor pet or a tidy one we can discuss. - Not excessive social events. I don’t want parties, large social gatherings at the house too regularly. - Single or couple is fine, however if a couple, bills will be split 3 ways. - Paying bills and rent on time, employed with consistent work history. - non-smoking, or at least no smoking inside. About me: - Male 35 (clean, tidy and well organised) - Employed full time as in a Professional capacity (business hours) - Looking to remain in the property 6-12 month at which point you are welcome to take it on yourself with the owner. - Have interests in fitness, IT, movies, music.
