We’re a friendly couple living in a spacious, light-filled home with our sweet hypoallergenic dog who loves cuddles but also knows how to give you space. 🐶🐾

We have two cozy bedrooms which come fully furnished including bed linen and towels - so you can settle in comfortably without bringing extra furniture.

A beautifully furnished room with a comfortable queen-size bed, study desk and chair, full-length mirror plus a wall-mounted TV with Netflix. It’s a cozy, well-designed space ideal for focused work, studying, gaming, or unwinding with your favourite TV shows. 📺🎥🍿

➡️ TROPICAL BEDROOM - Occupied 🌴🌴
The Tropical Bedroom is currently occupied by a lovely female housemate (20s) on a working holiday visa from South Korea, working as a café barista.
The room comes fully furnished including a comfortable queen size bed, study desk, chair and a full-length mirror. It's a cozy, intentional space suited for focused work, study, gaming, and peaceful downtime. 🖥️🪑📚

➡️ WASHROOM HAVEN
You’ll enjoy a shared bathroom that feels like a peaceful haven, complete with a toilet, spacious bathtub for relaxing bubble soaks and a luxury walk-in shower. 🚿🛁✨ You’ll be sharing with just one other female housemate, and I only sneak in for a bubble bath once a week or two (my sponge and bath bombs stay there neatly stored). Guests only use the bathroom when they visit, so the space stays peaceful and uncluttered.

➡️ KITCHEN & CULINARY SPACE
You’ll have your own private kitchen cupboard space and plenty of fridge space to store your food and cooking ingredients to make yourself at home (we have two fridges). You’ll find the kitchen ready to go fully equipped with a selection of inspiring cookbooks, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, so if you want to add any extra kitchen items, please keep them in your personal kitchen shelves.

➡️ THE HOUSE
The house has a relaxed, breezy feel with plants and natural light throughout, nestled on a quiet street well away from traffic noise. There’s a dishwasher, washer, dryer and top-of-the-line unlimited NBN internet with a blazing-fast download speed - ideal for streaming or gaming.

➡️ WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a female housemate who appreciates a calm household and someone who is kind and respectful of others. Paying rent on time is also important to us (and of course someone who doesn’t mind the occasional tail wag greeting).🐾

➡️ HOUSE HARMONY NOTES
🌸 We would love to find someone who is happy to have a quiet home life.
🌸 We don't want other strangers in our home, so no visitors or guests.
🌸 No drugs, medicinal cannabis, smoking or vaping please. A quiet drink now and then is totally fine
🌸 No other pets

Rent is $280 per week, which includes water, gas, electricity, and unlimited internet.

We ask for four weeks’ rent as bond, and two weeks’ rent paid in advance, with two weeks' notice to vacate.
