We currently have 3 bedrooms all furnished in the upstairs area for rent, this would highly suits students or working singles. rent does include bills, wifi, the main bedroom has air conditioning, large amounts of cubboard space, this one is $150. The other 2 bedrooms are $100 each and a little bit smaller and do not have air conditioning, however the main living area is air conditioned and works really well to keep the area cold. The rooms are private and have locks for your own peace of mind. You will be sharing with myself and my father but we live down stairs but will use the main living areas up stairs for the kitchen, out side Veranda and bathroom/toilet. We are extremely easy going people and do not have silly expectations, just that you’re friendly and respectful. Unfortunately we can’t accept cats or dogs bother given the size of property and that we do get a lot of birds that fly in and hand feed. The house is located on a rather quiet back next to Gympie road with plenty of street parking, very close to the hyper market, chermside shopping centre and multiple bus stops that can take you to train stations or straight to both qut and the city. This is a lovely home in Aspley. We are pretty central to everything!! Shops across the road (walking distance) bus around the corner (50mt) and train at 15 minute walking distance. The room is private and has a lot of storage space it is fully furnished however I will consider also someone who wants an unfurnished room however the price does not change. The house is spacious and clean and tidy and it would suit a mature person who is working.
