Hi there, The house is really conveniently located. The shops (coles, woolworths, aldi, vege shops etc) are all in walkable distance and the bus stop is just around the corner from the house. The house is quite spacious and comfortable to live in. There are two options with the room. If you would like to have a bit more privacy, you can use a rumpus room which has its own access from outside and it is located at the back of the house. Or the other room is also nice and cozy to use. Both rooms have air conditioning.

It’s a quite area with space for another vehicle in a lock up garage and there is plenty of street parking for visitors right out front. If you do not have a vehicle we have local shops nearby, plenty of parks, walking trails and public transport leading direct to CBD, RBWH, TPCH as well so room may suit a hospital worker/student. Several gyms within walking distance as well. The room can be furnished with a queen bed, and dresser or rented unfurnished. Prefer room to be rented unfurnished. Room has built in cupboard.
