It is a very relaxed home and casual environment but parties at home are not allowed to respect others and privacy. We are very friendly and easy going people and looking for the same! It’s a very quite and rural street. We have a gym that is also for use and lot’s of parking in the complex. It’s a very leafy street and heaps of walk ways for your daily exercise. Plenty of eateries only a walking distance away. It is a three story townhouse with 3 bedrooms included and 2 out of those up for rent. You’ll have the first pick of the bedroom if you come to inspect it first. Lovely views. We have a nice little balcony and courtyard to relax in and watch the sunset. The house comes with all furnishings expect the bedrooms. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, stove and oven, microwave. It has a huge aircon system installed in the house also for those hot days. In terms of electricity/internet etc. we will spilt all of that between the three/four of us. If we can get two extra flat mates in here. The rent will go down to $125 ea p/w. The utilities aren’t overly expensive. So would just spilt that between all of us. We need housemates that are tidy, quite at reasonable times of the morning/night, respectful, willing to contribute to household duties, pay bills on time. There will be no second chances.
