Hi, I work from home remotely.
I live a quiet, chilled life, not a party animal and can be both introvert and extrovert depending on the situation. I love my sleep and am an early to bed early to rise kind of person.
I am passionate about longevity biohacking, integrative health, nutritious food, spirituality, exercise and wellness and love animals and the environment. I don’t drink. I am a bit of an urban greenie so recycle where possible and have worms for veggie scraps.
I enjoy walking in nature, travel, rollerblading and many other outdoor activities and experiences. I have two small dogs that are loving.
I would love a person who is chilled, a positive happy person, emotionally mature, kind and cooperative. No smoking, no vaping, no partying, no shift workers..
We both are respectful of each other’ space, noise and communicate openly if there is a problem.
Someone who equally contributes to inside and outside chores and keeps the house clean and tidy.
