There is a gym and pool downstairs for use as well and under building or street parking available. We are extremely close to the CBD and the Albion train station is directly down the road from the apartment for commuting.

About the flatmates
This is a beautiful apartment in Albion in close proximity to the City with Albion train station down the road for transport. Both flatmates are 22 (male & female) with busy work schedules and are happy if someone wants to keep to themselves or are down for a chat too! They do value cleanliness and are looking for someone to take over the lease for the third bedroom (that I am moving out of) for the rest of our lease with the possibility of extending after March 2024. :)
