About the flatmates
I’m looking for a mature minded, easy going housemate with good vibes to share my home with me and my son from 10th February.
The house is in Arana Hills, just one street back from the plaza and super close to the train station and public transport.

About us
I’m 33, a full-time musician, and I do week on / week off with my very chill, well behaved 10 year old son. On kid weeks we’re usually out and about; otherwise we’re home relaxing, watching TV or gaming.
I mostly work evenings Thursday–Sunday and I’m also away every couple of weeks for a week at a time, so the house often has a nice, calm flow to it.
We also live with two extremely affectionate cats and a bird, so being animal-friendly is essential (they will absolutely try to be your friends).
Who I’m looking for:
Someone with good energy, who knows how to live in a house. Cleans up after themselves, contributes to the general upkeep, and respects shared spaces. I’m very easy going and keen to keep the house feeling relaxed and nice to be in.
