I live in a nice renovated Queenslander in Aspley.
The house: Renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Queenslander with open plan living and a beautiful back deck, all covered in with outdoor couches and a large wooden table on the patio downstairs and a BBQ for entertaining, outdoor dining, studying, relaxing etc. Air conditioning in the living rooms upstairs and downstairs and fans throughout. Big back yard with a tropical feel, lots of bird life and I also have amazing neighbours who look after us and are great for a chat. They also have a pool I am allowed to use any time.
3 pets live here already - a medium to large size friendly puppy and 2 friendly cats.
Public transport is nearby with bus stops within 200m, and multiple train stations within a couple of kms (Zillmere and Geebung stations).
All bills covered in rent. Power, Internet (unlimited), Netflix, Water, Lawn care all included in the rent.
Fur children cuddles are free.
Available whenever the right person comes along. I like to meet and make sure we are a good fit to live together.
No smokers or heavy drinkers please.

I'm a 39 year old physiotherapist, working full time in private practice. I love to keep fit and healthy but I also enjoy indulging occasionally in delicious food and a nice glass of wine on the odd occasion.
