About the property
A fresh and modern townhouse, with new carpets (1yr old) upstairs and laminated flooring downstairs. Your room will be at the other end of the house to our room; with a room in between, which Emma uses for her study.
We have included the floor plan so you can get an idea of the home.
Your room is spacious with a large built-in-wardrobe, with two windows for natural light (also with blinds to keep out the light). You will also have your own bathroom. All windows and doors in the property are double-glazed, this keeps the property warm and also great to keep the noise out.
The price for the room INCLUDES ALL BILLS + CLEANER. This includes: electricity, water, gas, internet, streaming services, and a monthly cleaner. This also includes staple household items ie bin bags, toilet paper, washing liquid, dishwashing tablets etc.
There is a nice, sheltered siting area by the front door for morning coffee in the sun, and also a spot by the back of the house to chill outdoors if it's a nice day/night.
The property is on the boarder of Bulimba/Balmoral and is a short 8min walk to the Woolies/bars/restaurants on Oxford Street. Close to the City Cat into the city too, about a 20min walk.
The house is fully furnished, but your room is unfurnished.

About the flatmates
We are Jake and Emma, a couple in our early 30s.
We love fitness, being outdoors, cooking delish food and making cocktails, going out to restaurants and bars, movie nights, board game nights. Pretty much we love to be social at home or out and about, but do also love our down time. We love listening to music, so will often have something on if we're cooking or relaxing at home. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-presented living environment (and would love for you to be similar). We have both lived in house shares for many years and look forward to sharing a wine/beer (or coffee/tea) with our new housemate.
