The house is extremely spacious and fully renovated with an abundance of storage, it is very secure being in a gated complex. There is a beautiful quiet pool in the complex and full size tennis courts. It's located right by Mt Cootha so there are a lot of walking tracks nearby, it's a pretty unique area considering how close it is to the shops and the city. There is a bus stop right outside the complex making it very accessible for commuting to work.

You would have a choice out of two rooms which I have circled on the floorplan in the photos, I am only looking for 1 housemate so we would use the spare room as a home office. Room 1 (downstairs) is huge, you could have your own living room setup in it if you wanted. Room 2 (upstairs) has a built in wardrobe and is next to the main bathroom which would be yours. All rooms in the house have aircon and ceiling fans.

I'd ultimately like a housemate who is friendly and easy going, clean and tidy, working full time in secure employment and has no issues paying bills on time. Preferably mid 20s to mid 30s, no big partiers, no pets.
