This house is super spacious and large, and has all the features/amenities you need. You would have the entire downstairs to yourself, which includes a large private living room, bedroom, private bathroom and your own storage room. (comes UNfurnished - all the furniture will be going with the current tenants 😋)
We have a very large laundry room which is shared, and the kitchen is located upstairs too. The only way upstairs and downstairs connect is through sheltered stairs from the top balcony to the downstairs door, which gives the perfect amount of privacy, but also an easy way to access the upstairs.

Iris and myself (Josie) live on the top/entry level of this spacious house in Bardon.
Iris (F-25) is a full time vet nurse, loves cooking, going on runs, spending time with her partner Matt, and cuddling her cat Finn. She loves to keep the place tidy (which is a win for me!)🥰
Josie (F-21) is a full time uni student at UQ, working at a dental clinic casual/part time . She has a cat (George) that is the cutest little thing in the world. Spends her spare time with her friends or watching movies in bed 😋
Since we already have two cats, sadly we can’t accept anyone with pets :( but ours are super friendly and love pats
