Hi there,
I'm 44 and I work full time with an early start and study full time as well so my schedule is pretty busy. I'm a friendly person but also understand and respect the need for personal space and quiet time.
I'm currently pet sitting my friends cat - she is quite a snuggly cat but also likes her alone time and she will (eventually) go back to her owner. She is an indoor only cat regardless of how much she nags you!
I'm offering a place in my home - this is definitely not a party house!
You'll have your own furnished room with a queen size bed, your own bathroom and, depending on the size of your car, possible garage space. Definite off street parking available regardless. There is also room in the kitchen for any items you might want to bring. Rent includes Internet and utilities.
There is a third bedroom in the house which is set up solely as a guest room for occasional use.
