Located on the ground floor is the Living area, kitchen, powder room and back yard with a BBQ perfect for Friday evening drinks after a big week at work. Upstairs are the 3 spacious size bedrooms and bathroom which you will be sharing with one other. All rooms have zoned ducted air con and your bedroom has an awesome size glass double door wardrobe with windows to allow natural light.
The garage is used for storage currently, however there is enough space for 2 cars to park outside off the street, which we share between the 3 of us and parking is no issue.
Bulimba is an amazing area and we are located so close to everything including Oxford Street precinct which is full of boutique bars, restaurants & coffee shops. We are also close to the river, park & city cat terminal and two super cheap cinemas.
Our third housemate is relocating due to being closer to work, we are super sad to see him go, but also really excited to share our home with a new housemate that we can share a great chat with over a few drinks.

You would be sharing with two gals - Morgan and Sarah. We both work Monday - Friday, and are very tidy and respectful. It is by all means not a party house, however we do enjoy a few drinks of a weekend and watching Netflix. We are both into fitness and are career focused.
