We’re only a few kilometres from the CBD, with close access to public transport, as well as the trifecta of grocery stores (Cole’s, Woolies, Aldi) all within walking distance.
The house is located on a busy main road, so noise can sometimes be an issue for someone who might be more used to a quieter neighbourhood. The price reflects the living situation. It’s an old house, but still comfortable.
