You would be taking over the master bedroom, which is a generously sized room with a double wardrobe, ensuite, and private balcony, plus air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The townhouse itself is super spacious, modern, and well maintained, with living spaces downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, along with the laundry. Out the front there’s a small yard that we all help look after (Tristan keeps the plants thriving and we all share mowing and weeding duties). All bedrooms and bathrooms, including mine and Tristan’s, as well as our home office area, are upstairs.

There’s plenty of built-in storage throughout the house, including a linen closet and storage under the stairs, plus lots of street parking available.

The place is fully furnished apart from the master bedroom — this includes all appliances, TV, couch, washing machine, dryer, and all the kitchen essentials. If you’ve got a few things you’d like to bring with you, we’re totally open to chatting about it. We want it to feel like your home too, so we’re happy to make swaps for things you’re attached to 🙂

We also have our cat, Greg, so we’re looking for someone who’s happy to be mindful about keeping external doors closed, not leaving food out, and helping keep him safe. We value a clean and tidy home, especially in shared spaces, and are looking for a housemate who naturally cleans up after themselves and enjoys living in a space that feels calm, comfortable, and well looked after.

Rent is $360/w for singles, $385 /w for a couple :)
