We’re looking for a fourth housemate to join our peaceful, well-kept share house in Carina. It’s a bright and spacious home with great vibes, good company, and heaps of shared living space.
About the House:
• 4-bedroom home with a big backyard, patio, and open-plan kitchen/living area
• Two bathrooms, one with a tub (currently shared between two)
• Air-con, good natural light, and room to relax or work from home
• Street parking always available (off-street spot may be negotiable)
• Close to shops, public transport, gyms, cafes, etc.
The Room:
• Smaller private room with ducted A/C
• Shared bathroom with two others
• Rent: $190/week
• Bond: $760 (includes two weeks rent in advance)
• Available from Feb 23rd
Minimum stay 12 months. Shorter terms are welcome. Please be aware an admin fee of $165 will be payable for change of lease upon moving out.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with three guys in our mid 20s–early 30s and Bailey (kelpie). We’re relaxed, respectful, and keep the house clean and low-key. Everyone’s got their own thing going on, but we’re always up for a good chat, backyard beers, or the occasional house dinner. It’s a drama-free and mature vibe with an emphasis on peace, comfort, and mutual respect.
We’re ideally looking for someone chill, responsible, and emotionally self-aware — no party animals, but friends/partners welcome to visit. We’d love to find someone who values a calm and grounded living space and can communicate openly.
