About the property
The world’s most eccentric house.
Proudly a Landlord-Special, this house boasts two toilets, two bathrooms, paint in places where it doesn’t make sense, wiring (in the garage workshop) that makes an electrician’s skin itch, a fan that makes a buzzing noise, and wallpaper installed by blue tack. In the words of all four of us when we moved in; “this place is awesome!!!”
Your room, should you wish to join us, is accompanied by a seperate study with a built-in desk. Your bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, and an air conditioner (of which the landlord ~should~ be replacing soon).
The kitchen is large enough for all four of us, the cat, the dog, and guests. Our living room is large as well, with a large CD collection shared between Taylor/Riley, and the downstairs workshop/garage is shared as a music rehearsal space (when all flatmates are fine with it). We have plenty of instruments should you wish to join or learn.
You will be sharing a bathroom with Cameron/Riley.
Rent does not include bills. Internet comes out at roughly $25 per month each, water $33 each per quarter, electricity roughly $175 each per quarter.
The kitchen features an oven, electric stove, and fridge. On-street parking is available and abundant. The bus that goes to Cultural Centre/CBD/Valley is right as you leave the front door.
We are all part of the lgbtqi+ community.

About the flatmates
Hello!
Our current flatmate of 2 years & best friend is sadly moving overseas.
We are a house of artists & musicians.
Taylor: Electronics technician - fixes amplifiers, guitars, microphones both for a commercial company & through their own practice at home. Their partner Sunny frequently visits and is practically the “5th flatmate”.
Special talent: can identify the synthesiser from most pieces of music.
Riley: Retail worker & comic book artist.
Riley has an immense CD & physical media collection. When they’re not working on making new comics or music, they’ll be found in the kitchen on their arcade machine.
Special talents: will turn general interactions into fully-fleshed out stories via comic medium.
Cameron: Bar Manager & bug enthusiast.
Lives in the basement, true bug style. Will greet you with a “what’s up gamers?” Every morning without fail.
Special talents: befriending bugs in the garden.
Pets:
Aurora: senior Ragdoll. If she’s hungry or bored, she will tell you. Spends 98% of her time sleeping as any retiree should.
Ollie: goofball Dachshund. Very good at letting you know when someone is approaching the front door. Outside? He’s a menace to all. Inside? The cuddliest, sweetest angel.
Sadly, as we try to accomodate Aurora’s final years, and Ollie’s territorial-nature, additional pets will not be able to be considered.
All three of us are queer, and we will dearly miss our outgoing fourth flatmate. Ideally, we’d love to have someone that’ll hang out with us on our regular flatmate outings
