About the property
We have a furnished room with an ensuite and a large wardrobe available now in Carina Heights. Rent is $300 per week + bills (split evenly).
The home is a modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse that we moved into recently. It is conveniently located with easy access to the motorway, a 3-minute drive to Woolworths, 5 minutes to Westfield Carindale, and approximately 15 minutes to Kangaroo Point. There is plenty of street parking available.
The room is currently furnished with a bed, bedside table, and other essentials, however we are happy to unfurnish the room if you prefer to bring your own furniture. Shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, laundry and outside area.

About the flatmates
You’d be living with me, my partner, and our friend who’s moving into the second room on 10th January. We’re all 28 years old and work full-time in freight forwarding and construction industries.
My partner and I moved to Brisbane from New Zealand about 1,5 years ago - he grew up there and I lived there for the past 10 years. We’re easygoing, social but respectful, and enjoy a relaxed, comfortable home.
In our free time, we like going to the gym, bush walks, coffee dates, and road trips. At home, we enjoy shared dinners, movie nights, occasional glass of wine and a good chat.
We also have a lovely cat, so being comfortable with pets is a must 🐾
