- Bathroom access is upstairs

👉🏽 There is 2 proper bedrooms on the upper level: each with wardrobe closet and A/C unit

Things to note:
- Located on the same level as the front door
- Same level as bathroom
- Same size for each bedroom
- One has a fan and one doesn’t

👉🏽 The options lie in having people in:
- Two occupied bedrooms and a studio downstairs (most amount of people - 4)
- One bedroom occupied, the other bedroom an office and a studio downstairs (3)
- Two occupied bedrooms and a second living room downstairs and/or office. (3)
