I have one fully furnished bedroom (with a queen bed) available in a brick rendered townhouse as part of a small complex (5 townhouses in total). 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a powder room downstairs.

The property is fully air-conditioned and within walking distance (1.5kms / 10-15minutes) to Westfield Carindale or even Whites Hill shopping complex (2kms / 20-30mins).

There are direct busses into the city (202, 203, 205 & 208) which run approximately every 5 minutes during peak (10 minutes outside of peak) and busses into Fortitude Valley with a travel time of approximately 15-20 minutes.

The townhouse is located 2kms from Whites Hill shopping complex which consists of some boutique shops as well as the essentials such as Woolworths, a chemist, 24/7 gym, a deli, hairdressers, nail salon, Baskin & Robins (incase you have a sweet tooth), butcher, newsagent and a diverse range of restaurants to choose from such as Thai, Grill'd, Dumplings, Japanese & Vietnamese as well as a few cafes for your morning caffeine fix.

I’m currently looking to open my home to a responsible, trustworthy, clean, tidy individual who can respect each others need for space, but isn’t afraid to connect for a chat. The home would be shared with myself and my little (elderly) dog. The spare bedroom is set up as my office / gym so there would be no other housemates however my family may visit from far North Queensland from time to time.

I keep myself busy with a full time corporate role and running my own business. I enjoy staying fit and healthy and am an early bird so like to get to the gym first up.
