Rent for you would be $340 per week but I'm open to discussing it with you based on car/room arrangements. You'll have your own bathroom, a gym and pool in the complex, and it's right next to Westfield Carindale. Move in date would be anytime from when you see this listing + 1 week to get the house sorted.
Living room is furnished at the moment with my own furniture, however, I'm not married to it at all so if you'd prefer your own, I am more than happy to make arrangements. Happy to send photos through of the house currently.
