Close to Carseldine railway station (1.5km walk, 3 min drive). Close to Aldi, Coles (4km) and Woolworths (2km). Walking distance to the bus stop and the Carseldine farmers' market.
Features include: a fully furnished bedroom (King single bed with mattress and pillow, chest of drawers plus built-in robe), large window for natural light, a ceiling fan, and a private bathroom. Unlimited internet.
Rent: $285 per week, all bills included. One month lease as a minimum, and renewal if possible. Bond is 2 weeks' rent( $570). Rent is paid fortnightly. Can move in as soon as you want.
