This property is in good proximity to North Lakes 19 mins and Chermside 12 min drive, we also have decent shops near us as well, being Woolworths in the direction of chermside and Cole’s in bracken ridge with restaurants around us. We also live in a quiet community (not gated but feels that way)
The house is very spacious, we have a nice outdoor area with a good size backyard. Our neighbours are both family oriented so they are pretty quiet. So re try to keep quiet as well to be respectful
Your future room is also bright and roomy, walls are also 8.66 ft tall. Which ads to the roomy feel. You will be sharing a bathroom and toilet which is always kept clean. Your room is waiting for you to make it yours and cosy

About the flatmates
We're looking for a responsible, working professional to join our household in Carseldine. The room is spacious, with a large wardrobe space, perfect for one person. Shared areas include kitchen, living and bathroom.
You'll be sharing the home with myself and Deklan, plus Loki (Deklan's friendly dog). We're both in our 20s, working full-time, and enjoy a good balance of personal time and socialising.
We both are very friendly and nice to get along with, if we aren’t at work I am at the gym in the afternoons also dragging Deklan along with me 3 days a week. We like do like hanging out but also like alone time
Little about Loki,
As I like to describe him as a retard (in a good way. He’s a sweet boy extremely shy with people so if you are around he will avoid you. So it’s best to pretend he’s not there until he eventually gets used to you.
When Deklan is around he is a little more
Comfortable and will socialise, but will still be weary and may bark at people
But when Deklan isn’t around he will run away from anyone that isn’t Deklan.
He also isn’t the type of dog to really bark at anything during the day or night. He does also sleep in Deklan’s room of a night.
We are in good proximity to shops being Woolworths that’s off Gympie road. Chermside shopping centre is 10-15 min drive.
House is in the middle of bald hills and Carseldine train station as well
Rent is $290 internet included. Other bills excluded. 4 weeks bond.
