A little bit about home owner:
I (Ian) am the home owner and this stunning property has been my home for 10 year. In preparation for retirement I am exploring a sea change on the Southern Morton Bay Islands. Your privacy, security and safety is assured, I am a career firefighter with over 35 year in the best job in the world. While I will not be living at the address there is a small extra room (converted study) that will be for my usage when undertaking building maintenance and repairs. There will also be other rare occasions when I stay over but this would only be after communicating with both housemates in the main house.
The tenant of the self contained studio apartment has been here for 3 years and she is a lovely lady that keeps to herself but is always open for a chat on the deck.
