The house is modern and the location is so good! We have a dishwasher, two fridges, a washing machine, a dryer and air conditioning. We work hard to keep in good condition.
20 minutes to both Brisbane and Ipswich CBDs, 10 second drive to the motorway (but you can't hear it) and 5 minute walk to the train station (also can't hear it). One room up for grabs - feel free to come and check it out! Room currently has furniture unless otherwise arranged.

About the flatmates
There are three of us (a couple and a single), all in our late 20’s. We are all out of the house for extended periods of time due to gym/sport, work and study. We've currently got a good vibe so hoping to find someone who can fit in well! We also love a good chat/debrief at the end of the day if you're in the kitchen! We're looking for someone clean and tidy and preferably close to our age. We cover all house and yard maintenance and most of the chores so you don’t have to.
We currently have a cat, a dog and a baby who are all well-trained. Baby is a happy chap, doesn’t cry very much and sleeps through the night. Shouldn’t inconvenience anybody but we have adjusted the rent accordingly to below market value.
