It's a 3 bedroom townhouse, with 2 bathrooms and 1 extra toilet downstairs. The complex has a swimming pool for residents, close to richlands train station, woolworths etc. Has a small courtyard, open plan living and built in wardrobes in each room. The room for rent in unfurnished, but we can sort out a bed if you don't have one. Rent will include all bills & Internet. The main room has an en-suite, but it is used as our office. You will have the main bathroom to yourself mostly. The pool is gated, has a bbq area too. It's great if you have friends and family over! It is shared by everyone in our complex. Bills are paid at the same time as rent and accumulate in a separate rent account, which I organise (covers electricity bills, unlimited NBN internet, Netflix). We are on the lease until December 2018 and will be looking at staying past the lease term if possible. There is aircon in the downstairs living area.
