The property is located in Darra about 10 minutes walk from Darra train station. Local bus lines are about 5mins walk away heading towards Inala/Forest Lake or at Darra Station heading towards Mt.Ommaney.
The house is part of a 7 bedroom 2 storied house but I lease the entire bottom living.
Bills are included in the rent and bond will be given back to you at the end of your stay here (on the proviso that the room is taken care of).
The room has a sliding door which opens up facing the backyard looking East and the morning sun always shines through despite there being a garage and upstairs patio in the back.

About the flatmates
Hey my name is Unique. I am of mixed Polynesian descent and am looking to rent out the spare room. Our home is part of a 7 bedroom house however I lease the entire bottom living area.
My friend whom I am sharing this place with is moving in as of 20/01/26 and we’re hoping to find someone we can both vibe and connect with.
I am transgender (MtF) and my friend is a heterosexual female. We both studied Hospitality Cert 3 back in 2021 and have been friends ever since. We recently reconnected after I moved up from NSW in September 2025, where she started working where I work without my knowing - so it was a great surprise and now here we are.
We’re great friends that see one another as sisters. We love a good laugh when we’re together and get along very well. I love cooking, enjoy my music, am friendly, approachable, loving, and pretty much live by my name - Unique.
We do have frequent visitors so that is something you’ll have to take into consideration as well.
