About the property
The townhouse is close to groceries, small shopping centre, restaurants, bus stops and the train station is 2km walk down the walk/bike path.
The room unfortunately has no air-conditioning but you do get your own bathroom and an inbuilt wadrobe with double mirrors.
This isn't the house for wild parties or gatherings and smoking / vaping / drugs in the house is a definite no. Unfortunately no pets either, i already have a pet cavoodle and don't want any other animals.
I have said 1 to 6 months stay but will extend for the right housemate.

A bit about me: I work full-time and I value having a clean, tidy, and peaceful space to come home to after a busy day. In my free time, I love playing sport, and catching up with friends and family over dinner and drinks.
I'm hoping to find someone with similar values to share this great space with. I am away for work both internationally and domestically throughout the year so there will be times when you will have the house to yourself. I do have a cavoodle puppy, so you must be pet friendly.
