Spacious huge beautifully furnished room in a peaceful and respectful household. Has its own private entrance off the pretty courtyard garden. Heated pool! Green shady private garden space! Exceptionally lovely housemates. The owner lives upstairs in her own space and the three rooms downstairs share a huge bathroom with egg shaped tub. Washing machine and dryer. Several living spaces including big living room, back porch overlooking the garden and pool, and breezy shady car port used as a hangout zone/games room. Fluffy but not very cuddly cat (she likes her space). Flatscreen TV and lovely antiques throughout. Free bottomless wifi and all bills paid. We can't take a second cat but would be open to a well trained doggoe. Breezy hillside with views to city. Bus line and train station nearby but this is a quiet peaceful street with big trees. Plenty of shady level parking on the street out front, no offstreet parking. Washing machine and dryer available for your use, big bath tub, private porch out front gazing into the pool. It's a lovely house and we'd like to find a lovely person to share it with.
