All kitchen items such as pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are available for all housemates to use. Cleaning duties are rotated weekly between all housemates. This is a non-smoking house.

We have an amazing location close to Ipswich road and Annerley road, for students at UQ it is short and easy bike/bus ride away. Very close to the PA hospital and an Ipswich road bus stop. Unlimited fast internet split between tenants, BBQ downstairs, large TV and a freshly renovated spacious interior. Both rooms pictured are for our 3rd tenant, the bunk bed has been removed.

It is quiet and relaxed home so clean, quiet and respectful people would suit this house.
The property is a 10 min cycle to UQ, and is very close to public transport and you would be sharing with 3 other girls. The house is fully furnished (minus the bedroom) and recently renovated with a large deck out the back overlooking the backyard. TV has netflix, and there is plenty of street parking if you have a car.
The house is very close to the city with lots of buses running all the time. There are numerous takeaways about 2 minutes walk and Woolworth is about 200 meters away. The house is very quite as we don't have party's due to the other flat mates work long hours and study. There is also a 24 hour gym about 200 meters away
