We live in a big beautiful house overlooking Hyde Road Park. The house has 4 bedrooms and tons of common space. We have a pool, balcony, BBQ, fire pit, massive kitchen, washer/dryer, Netflix, and an awesome group of housemates. The house is in a great location, only a 10 min bike ride to UQ and super close to public transport. Several good cafes and grocery shops are within walking distance. The available room is the biggest bedroom in the house, located downstairs. It has its own private entry, lots of natural light, and tons of storage. Note that while the previous owner originally had this room set up as an office with kitchen, the stove/oven are non-functioning (we use it as storage). Just a quick summary of my very detailed description: we have a LOVELY DOGGO, who is the cuddliest pup, Amy and I (Ali) are very friendly girls who are looking for a positive and proactive person to live with :) About the house: The townhouse is on Wilton Terrace in Yeronga, and is a short 5 minute walk from the train station (Beenleigh line) , 2 minutes from a city directed bus, and a 10 minute drive from the Brisbane CBD. We're located a few minute's walk from a local shopping precinct which has a bakery, cafe (v good coffee), butcher, produce store, liquor store, pharmacy, and bulk-billing doctors. Our home is also right next to a huge park and bike way which connects directly to the UQ green bridge. We live in a three bedroom townhouse which has ducted air conditioning, modern appliances, screens throughout, and a lovely outdoor courtyard and garden. About your room: The master bedroom is approximately 4×3.5m (pictured is the smallest room in the house) and can easily fit a queen bed, desk, and dressers. The bedroom has a huge double mirrored wardrobe with fitted shelves.
