Conveniently located on Ipswich road, across the road from a supermarket, bakery, butcher, cafe and pizza shop. House is above street level so not as noisy as you think it would be. Bus stop right on the front door. Easy access to the city. We have two rooms available, the rooms are unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. Close to UQ and easy to get to Griffith and QUT as well as the city via public transport. We have one car park for the place, but already have more cars than that here so the rule is the newest/ most expensive car is parked on the property the rest are parked on the street.
A cosy, modern and freshly renovated two bedroom flat that comes completely furnished (other than your room). The apartment is nestled In the quiet suburb of Annerley, where it has the added advantage of being within close proximity to multiple bus stops, train stations, shopping districts, gyms, cafes, universities etc. Although it may look a little cramped in the common areas (and yes that is a shared bathroom) I guarantee it's much more spacious within the bedrooms and large enough for two people to coexist happily. You will be on the second level which is actually three stories up, there are three identical units uncross from and underneath this one. There is a laundry with a new and fully functioning washing machine, this is located downstairs on the ground level along with an inclosed and secure garage space. There are two large clothes lines located in the back yard but I also own two smaller lines for use on the balcony. As mentioned previously you will need to furnish your own room, there is a large three sliding door wardrobe available for use but the bed and anything else is up to you!

I consider the room large enough for a queen bed and a study desk, there is a 1950's style built-in wooden multi-sized wall of wardrobes and deep cupboards, dedicated to housing all your stuff. Which includes a lit mirrored dressing table. The room has air conditioning and is on the southern-west side of the house. Lovely view of gardens from the windows and new thick silver curtains to keep the sun out. The lounge is massive with room for your furniture, and a secure garage to park your car in and store excess stuff. The house and gardens are big enough to always find a spot to be on your own if you need some me-time. We have a fury of happy gardeners come and do the greens every two-three weeks, which we do not pay for (thank-you to the lovely Landlady). We are super close to the local library, Woolworth's and Coles as well as the many buses along Ipswich and Annerley Roads, yet the noise doesn't really reach us. Lovely neighbours and a pleasant suburb to watch the stars at night. I adore sitting on the verandah watching the day fade and the colours in the sky turn. We have just moved into a huge house in Annerley, right off Ipswich road. This house is actually huge so would be great to have some housemates. We are thinking about turning the 3rd bedroom into a guest room so if you have any friends who want to stay with us they can! The house is located in a great spot and we only have 1 neighbor. Caltex is across the road, subway just 30 seconds away as well as a Woolies. There is a hungry jacks just around the corner as well as a sushi shop and many other restaurants. Transport is also amazing as there is a bus stop literally just outside of our house.
