We have been living in the property now for 4 months and loving it and now have been offered the downstairs area to rent out, it is fully self contained with decent sized bedroom, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. The flat is small but it's nice, bedrooms are a really good size. My room has its own entrance so you might not even notice me coming and going so much. The rest of the flat furnished, you just have to bring stuff for your room. You'll have the bigger master bedroom that has a lot of good natural lighting and a built in wardrobe. (photos available right now are furnished while my current flatmate is still living here, but there's plenty of room for a queen bed, desk, extra storage, anything you'd want really) Public transport is all very close, buses into the city and fairfield station are only a short walk away. Woolworths, Annerley Library and several different gyms are also in walking distance! I've got unlimited wifi that's about 30 dollars each a month, and electricity is paid every 3 months. My friend and I run a share house business so will have this place decked out come Thursday afternoon with furniture, kitchen utensils, fridges, washing machine, TV etc etc so its ready to rock and roll come Friday. The house itself has 1 bathroom, a seperate toilet. A new kitchen, gas cooking, a nice back yard, and parking for a couple of cars. Downstairs we will set up the ultimate chill area with a pool table, pong table, couches for days and a beer fridge. Because why not! The rooms available are around $165 per week. (neg for long term stayers) give or take $10 - $15 bux. The price includes ALL bills (power, gas, water, internet – optus cable internet with unlimted GB) and is for the room FULLY FURNISHED. This means the rooms will come with a desk, chair, wardrobe, double or queen sized bed, and bed linen, meaning you can grab the key and start setting up your new Dutton Park side life easy as that! We will also have a monthly cleaner in the mix We are looking for roommates who will mix well together, and will let you know who you may be living with prior to moving in so you can make a informed decision before moving in.
