Our home has 1.5 bathrooms (1 shower and spa bath, and 2 toilets), both toilets are in separate rooms. The bathroom is enormous, as is the rest of the house. The kitchen is delightfully large and has a walk-in pantry, we have a nice separate dining area, and very large loungeroom. We also have a quite large front and back yard (which we are planning to use to create a vegetable garden). There is a ceiling fan in all of the bedrooms. We don't have air-conditioning but the house is very well insulated to keep cool and is also quite warm in the winter too! As per our real estate agent and landlord stipulations, pets are not allowed at the property. The house is partially furnished on account of our current housemate taking some things with her. Your bedroom is unfurnished apart from the large built-in-robe. We will need a table and chairs and washing machine so will look favourably at people who have these already ;) We can be flexible with other furniture if you love some of your personal pieces- we want it to be your place too! Place is a older and is a few years from being knocked down, internally it has large rooms, high ceilings and keeps temperature well. The gardens need a lot of work but still appear to be capable of growing herbs and chillies. There are two rooms available, both are 3.2m by 3.2m. One has aironditioning and the other has fans, both lead out to the landing. Two dogs live here, a mini daschunds and a mastiff kelpie. Both are friendly and generally have the run of the house. Living here involves some dog sitting from time to time. There is a house netflix account, high speed internet and more lego projects than is probably normal.
