The house has new air conditioning in every room. There is a shared pool next door that you can jump into anytime. The place is within 10minutes walking distance to Fairfield Gardens that has Coles, Aldi, Post Office, chemist, Grill'd, Sushi restaurant, etc. It's within cycling distance to UQ (7minutes by bicycle) but I usually just walk to uni. One of our current flatmates is taking his washing machine and possibly the fridge with him, so if you have a washing machine, that would be amazing. But if not, we can just hire them, no biggie. As for the utilities, we pay for internet and electricity on top of rent. So think of it as extra $15 per week. There's a resident cat that just loves life. So animal lovers only please!
