The unit has recently had the kitchen and bathroom renovated as well. The place is already fully furnished, and you will have access to a library of tv shows and movies that puts Netflix to shame. All bills are included in the rent price (which includes unlimited internet), and the house is set up with secure wifi. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a cabinet and built in wardrobe with shelves and plenty of hanging space. The kitchen does have a brand new dishwasher as well, and there is a washer and dryer located in the garage just outside the front door. I'm going overseas for about a month from the 27th of June - 28th July and I'm looking for someone to move into my room while im gone. I live with 5 really cool housemates 2 guys 3 girls. All easy going and outgoing. We all work full time so we aren't always home at the same time but love to go out for dinners, beach trips and the occasional drink up on the weekend. We live in a big beautiful house overlooking Hyde Park. The house has 4 bedrooms; the available room is the master with walk-in closet and ensuite. Move-in date is flexible between now and July. We also have a pool, balcony, BBQ, fire pit, MASSIVE kitchen, Netflix, and an awesome group of housemates. Oh and a cute little dog named Penny! The house is only a 10 min bike ride to UQ and super close to public transport.
