Or like five sofas for some reason? Or a weird collection of troll dolls you need to store? (we don't judge!) No worries, bring them along cos we have plenty of space! We also have two gardens where you could grow veggies (we attempted a herb garden but have to admit we are newbies to gardening, RIP Basil.) Its a beautiful queenslander with a bus stop out the front to take you to the west end, city and valley all in under 20 minutes. We are walking distance to Dutton Park and Fairfield train station and have a coles a 5 minute walk down the road. There is a skatepark on our back doorstep and you'll be sharing not only with 3 girls but also a pug named Bean! Wooden floors and big white windows throughout! We love collecting plants and posters to decorate our house and have a lot of space under the house for storage and socialising! Our backyard is huge too so feel free to bring your pet to move in too :) We have 100GB internet a month shared between 4 its $25 a month and then electricity is split 4 ways when it comes every quarter! those are the only bills in the house :)
This house is a quirky old Queenslander with some seriously close benefits. Across the road from a LiquorLand and a cafe with Bonsoy (for you other vegans), a Thai takeaway and a sushi train. 1 minute walk from Fairfield Gardens with Coles and Snap Fitness. 3 minutes walk in one direction from the Fairfield train station, and 3 minutes walk in the other direction to the bus stop for the 196 that goes through West End and the Valley to New Farm Park. Half an hour walk to the UQ bridge, but the 196 stops right beside the bridge as well. If you like walking, you can walk along the Brisbane Corso from here too. The room itself is a little small, but it fits a bed, bedside, wardrobe and chest of drawers easily, and there is a long enclosed veranda all the way around the house that we have used as extended rooms for our desks etc. I have a couple of items of furniture I could leave for you if you wanted. The atmosphere is amazing; such a homely, tranquil location with great natural light and breezes. Very spacious too, and the balcony is a great place to hang out any time of day or night. The parking is very convenient, and it is 5 minutes walk from Dutton Park train station, making city trips quick and easy. Big kitchen with plenty of utilities, large bathroom upstairs with bath/shower and quiet back yard patio area. Unlimited internet too, and the room has a ceiling fan which is great in summer.
I have absolutely loved my time here in Annerley. The townhouse is beautiful and spacious as you can see in the photos. Its a 5 minute walk to Bus stops/Coles/Woollies/Fast Food/Gym and my favourite cafe Little Clive. It is just a 3 minute walk to Fairfield train station, which is really convenient for travel into the city. There is a park next door which my housemates and I go and shoot netball hoops. The undercover outdoor area is a lovely place to have dinner or just relax. The house is air-conditioned which is perfect for Summer being underway. We also have a dishwasher which works really well in a share house setting. We rotate use of the garage for parking, however there is street parking available. There are three toilets in the house, (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs). The main bedroom has a shared balcony off it too which we all use freely. I have uploaded the original photos of the house (as listed on realestate.com) as I have provided most of the house furniture which I will be taking with me. The girls are more than happy to replace furniture or welcome someone who already has furniture!

We're a 5-bedroom share house with 5 people, all early-mid 20s and working regularly. We have a housemate moving out and are looking for someone to move in early November.
