I just this share house alone so there is no one living in it so I'm the only person in the house at the moment. I hope this house attract amazing personalities to interact during my time studying Brisbane. It's a big furnished house in Annerley, Brisbane with plenty of natural lighting and wind entering the house during the day. During the nights it has amazing ventilation throughout the house so you'll sleep comfortably cool. The $180/week room is a Bunk bedroom where you will have all the room to yourself and you won't be sharing with anyone. The $200/week room is a Queen size bed with plenty of space to fit in a table if you'd like to put one in. Also comes with a HUGE wardrobe where you can store many items There is air conditioning in the living room with a widescreen TV a spacious couch and coffee table to play games and relax after a long or lazy day. The couch is so comfortable you might not want to move from it. The kitchen ishas all the basic necessities with cutleries, plates, pans etc. so will not need to worry about buying anything. There is a huge dining table that can be used as a study table if needed. It can be a common space for my future housemates to come and bond together too The bills included are is just water bills. Electricity, gas, and internet are separate depending on usage not exceeding $15/week. This is honestly the best house for location and money, which is why it’s my third year of living here! 5 min walk to public transport, 15 min bus ride to CBD, 20 to UQ 10 min walk to HJ, Taco Bell, KFC, Woolies, BWS The room in question is ground level, unfurnished but big enough to fit a queen size and desk and a small wardrobe (photos 1-4 are it furnished with the current tenant’s furniture & 8 is it unfurnished). The house itself is mostly furnished, while still big enough to contain the rest of your furniture should it be needed. Aircon is present in both living areas, and the downstairs bathroom is massive and has a spa. There is also off street parking available. Unlimited Telstra cable is $20 per month.
