About the property
Hi! I've been living here for four years but looking for a replacement tenant for me as I move out into a new place in at end of Feb.
This a private room, but shared bathroom and kitchen. It is ideal for students as only 20min walk or 10 minutes ride away from UQ but also for workers as has bus options on the street and train station nearby.
The local area is very friendly and lots of parks around and near the river/corso if you're into cycling.
The room will be unfurnished and will probably be space for some shared furniture in the living area.
There is off street parking in a gravel back yard but also plenty of street parking, with shared space underneath the house. The property managers also deal with mowing/other amenity issues well.
Note this is unit 1 of 2 and the house is split with another single tenant living on the same block.
Room will be available the 28th of Feb, with current lease renewal in July and is 12 months lease only.

About the flatmates
I won't be here but you'll be living with two housemates, who are relaxed, tidy and friendly.
There are two 22yo guys, one is an engineering student at UQ and the other a recent film graduate. They are both fun, musically inclined and keen surfers and usually will head out to the beach/play music together. While social we also are respectful of space and don't throw parties here.
We split electricity and internet bills, but property manager pays for water and there's no gas.
