About the flatmates
I’m (34 female) moving out and my lovely house mate Richard (38 male) is looking for a new house mate to take the large downstairs bedroom and bathroom.
Richard is very kind, a great laugh and great cook! He’s always happy and loves to go to the gym and for walks etc. he has a teenage son that stays at the house every other week - he’s a great lad, quick witted and hilarious. Richard and his son have the two bedrooms upstairs and share a bathroom upstairs.
I’m told Richard prefers women house mates (not in a creepy way haha) as he feels they’re more respectful and tidier. However is open to anyone really as long as you’re clean tidy and respectful of the place. He would like someone laid back, up for a laugh and maybe occasional drink here and there on weekend nights in.
