You’ll be sharing the home with my partner and I, along with our friendly 6-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback 🐾.

Bedroom 2 is the room available for rent and includes a ceiling fan
Bedroom 1 can be made available as a home study/office if required
Bedroom 3 (with ensuite) is occupied by my partner and I
Bedroom 4 is used by us as a work/study/guest room
The second bathroom in the home will be predominantly for your use, as we have our own bathroom.
We’re flexible with furniture and can offer the room furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. Please note that the furniture shown in the photos belongs to previous occupants, so feel free to ignore the furniture in all images.

About the flatmates
I’m a 4th-year Occupational Therapy student, so at times I study from home. I’m social and enjoy chatting, sharing meals, and spending time together, but I also value downtime and appreciate a respectful household.
My partner runs his own construction business and occasionally works from home. He enjoys his own space but also likes being socially involved from time to time.
From time to time, we may have a family member stay over for a few nights or host a friends dinner (if appropriate), and we’d appreciate a housemate who is comfortable with occasional visitors and flexible with shared spaces.
We’re ideally looking for a non-smoker, and as we already have a dog, no additional pets please.
We’re looking for a considerate, tidy, and easy-going housemate who will enjoy a relaxed and respectful home environment.
