Hi there, this is a beautiful 3 storey 3 bedroom with ensuite property located in Greenslopes.
Current weekly rent is $750 for the full properly. With rent being split equally rent will be $375 single or $500 couple.
The second master measures over 4m wide and is equipped with air conditioning, a lockable door as well as a bathed/showered ensuite.
There is a three sliding door inbuilt robe that has plenty of space to accommodate for two people. Please be aware the room will be unfurnished.
There currently is one car spot in the garage which is open to discussion / negotiation. Otherwise street parking is always available.
This is a 3 bedroom townhouse with the third bedroom currently being used as a shared study/storage. If a couple is to move in the flatmate is more than happy to clear out the room.
There is a balcony and courtyard on the lower floors. Please be aware the bbq is no longer there and some items I will be taking with me when I move out.
Down the road there is a local Coles and a bus stop getting you to the city.
Given rental laws, probably won’t be able to take on any more cats however the landlord may be open to other pets.

About the flatmates
I am looking at someone taking over my spot on the lease. Currently there is only two people living at this property but myself and my sister.
My lovely sister Katie is in her mid 20s and is a working professional and an active volunteer. Katie definitely has a social side and doesn't mind having a chat in common spaces with housemates but is also respectful of other peoples space.
Given her lifestyle with work, volunteering, gym and social sport she is quite busy and doesn't spend too much time at home.
Katie also has two beautiful cats named Mushu and Peanut.
We both feel the best way to find a suitable housemate would be by organising an inspection and meeting face to face. That way any questions can be answered immediately. Please reach out!
