***BREAK LEASE OPPORTUNITY** Hello! I am looking for someone who can take over my share of the lease at this beautiful, secure 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom and 1 car park apartment in Greenslopes. I originally signed from November 10th 2025 - March 9th 2026 because I had tenants in my own property elsewhere until March 9th 2026. Unfortunately my tenants broke lease, which means I have to break lease here to move into my place within the next couple of weeks.
I live with a lovely girl named Tabitha, who is a lawyer and the person who owns the lease for the apartment. I sublet from her, so essentially you in turn would sublet from her. I am a health professional, and have maintained the apartment with Tabitha very neatly and cleanly. The apartment is very secure and safe, close to Buranda station and the Stone's Corner bus station which are both walking distance. If you take over my share of the lease you will have the secure car park downstairs automatically because Tabitha doesn't have a car. The place is clean and fully furnished so just bring a suitcase! Tabitha's lease agreement ends 3rd May 2026, and there will be an opportunity for you to sign on again and extend the lease further for another 6-12 months if you wish.
