Hi, we have a room to rent in Greenslopes for a mid term of 7 months, ending the 27th of August. The room is on the ground floor and is massive. It can fit a queen sized bed, a couch or 2, a tv and a desk. You'll also get free reign of the ground floor lounge room to set up as you like, as well as your own bathroom. There is also heaps of storage space in the garage, in an old in ground pool. It's a difficult space to try and explain but it's not really used at the moment but has been utilised for different things in the past.
The house is pet friendly but best suited for cats, as there isn't a backyard. The current housemates will be very happy to take on a new cat or 2.
Rent is $298 a week, with all bills included, except for the internet which is $29.75 a month.
The house is in a very nice neighbourhood, within walking distance of a couple different supermarkets. Stones Corner is about 1km up the road. There's a few different bus stops around the place. The city is about a 10 minute drive away or 15/20 minutes by bus.
The room will be available from around the 21st of January but can be flexible with the dates. You'll be taking over my portion of the lease and will need to get approved by the owner of the property before you move in.
