The apartment itself also has a private balcony, which is lovely for hosting friends or just relaxing at home.
We’re close to local cafes and right near Hanlon Park, which makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors without feeling far from everything. Overall, it’s a calm, modern place that feels easy to live in.

I live with my 5-year-old dachshund, Sunny. She’s affectionate, well-behaved, and very much part of the household. She loves people, sunbaking, and chilling at home, so I’m looking for someone who’s genuinely comfortable living with a small dog and treats her kindly.
I’m social but respectful of space, clean and organised in shared areas, and big on open communication. I enjoy gym/health routines, walks (Sunny-approved), the occasional wine, and quiet nights in.
Ideally this would suit someone who does FIFO or works from home, as the place is great for people who appreciate a quieter setup — though this isn’t essential. What matters most is being reliable, considerate, and treating the place like a home.
