Very spacious room 3.3 x 3.5 with a built in robe, queen bed and bediside table. Ceiling fans are in each room. If you have your own bed, the current one can be removed.
The bathroom is shared with one person, has a bath and shower and separate toilet.
Driveway parking available, also plenty on street parking in the area.
Only 9km from the CDB - 10 mins drive or 20 mins on the bus
The house is within walking distance to IGA, Greenslopes Mall, and Logan Road bus stops.
Very easy and quick access to the Pacific Motorway.
WHO IS IN THE HOUSE:
You will be sharing with two young professionals and 2 small male dogs (hypoallergenic, 6kg and 9kg). They are very friendly and love being close, so MUST love dogs.
We are into a healthy lifestyle so both go to the gym, hikes ect. We are relaxed, more on an introvert side and keep the house tidy. We respect each other’s personal space, but also enjoy having a chat or food together :)
This house is like family home, so looking for someone calm and respectful for a long term. Would probably suit introvert more.

About the flatmates
Pretty chilled during the week and dont cook much as busy with work. After work, an evening chat or a movie together or a quiet night with pups on the couch.
On weekends love going to the beach, hikes, generally anything active and in nature.
Relaxed, but keep the place tidy on a daily basis, we prefer clean as you go, than massive cleans.
Respectful of each other’s personal space, but enjoy catching up.
Pups are loving and cuddly, but not in your face. One can steal socks, so best to have bedroom doors closed, the other can patrol at times and thinks he is Rambo - so dog lover is a must :)
Looking for someone laid back, calm, clean and kind. Someone in their late 20”s or 30”s who would like to call the house their home.
