About the property
A beautiful, quiet, leafy street in Hendra sits our Queenslander home. There’s a lovely yard with plenty of room for entertaining and lots of storage under the house. You’ll have your own room on the far side of the house so there is privacy for all. Aircon is included in the bedrooms and living room. The bathroom is shared between us. We have a third bedroom which is a guest room / study, and you're welcome to use that too. Huge kitchen with amble storage, gas stove and butler's pantry.
Woolworths is a short 2min drive, a couple of local coffee shops all walkable, a large park around the corner and the popular racecourse road with lots of restaurants and shops just a short drive. It's a very nice area!
The Hendra train station is a short 5-10 min walk, easily accessible to local buses and there is never shortage of on-street parking. But there is a driveway we can park in.
The room has a wardrobe and can be furnished or unfurnished with a Queen bed, as you prefer. But the rest of the house has everything you need. Couches, tv, netflix, internet, dining table etc. Of course you’d be welcome to bring anything to contribute to our home.
Non-smoking household and as much as we love them, no pets are allowed sorry!

About the flatmates
Hi we’re Lauren and Lindon. We’re both 30. Lauren works in the Valley as a Marketing Manager and Lindon works in the CBD for the Government. We’re pretty easy going people, both like to go to the gym after work and cook dinner together and watch something in the evenings. Lindon does a lot of volunteer work in animal justice and Lauren likes to play social netball, so we try and keep busy during the week. We like to go on weekend trips away or spend time out a cafes or with friends. We’re house proud and would want a flatmate who is the same. Clean, organised, friendly and reliable. This isn't a party house. Ideally someone 25+ years old who is a working professional. A Vegetarian or Vegan flatmate is preferred but not required. Please get in touch if you think you'd be a good fit!
