Welcome to Clyde Rd. A great Lil spot in Herston. I've just secured this rental and am looking for the right housemate to join me.

You would be living with me, Mike. A friendly 34 year old guy who works in Architecture in the Valley. I work a pretty busy mon to fri (9-6ish) and keep a pretty low key profile during the week but always down for a chat or wine. Weekends im usually out mountain biking/ camping or exploring somewhere with friends.

Ideally I'd like to find someone late 20's- mid 30's with a similar work and life routine working full time, who is friendly, easy going, has their shit together, will actively contribute to the vibe (and upkeep) of the apartment, who wants to enjoy living here and will help me not kill my plants (bonus points).

If your a student or work from home full time, this won't be suitable sorry.

About the Apartment:

The apartment is well fitted out with a quality kitchen and generous living room and balcony spaces including outdoor garden directly access from the balcony. Most of the apartment will be furnished (except your room) but we will be needing a couch, washing machine and few other things. Ideally I would love to find someone who is happy to contribute to creating warm, friendly household.

Your bedroom (bed 2) is unfurnished, includes a built in robe, your own bathroom (main bathroom) and space for a small to medium sized car in the garage.

Unfortunately no pets.

The boring stuff:
Rent - $320 weekly
Bond - $1320
Lease - must be willing to sign onto the lease untill next renewal in a years time
Bills - split evenly. Yet to be connected.

You will need to be approved by the real-estate and unfortunately the property won't be available for inspection untill I received the keys on the 4th March.
