About the flatmates
Hi, I'm Michael the owner of the house. I have an 11-year-old (well-behaved) daughter who lives at the house 50% of the time. We live upstairs and the rented bedrooms are downstairs. We are very easygoing, non-invasive people who always have a smile on our faces and just enjoy life. I'm not home at all during the day as I own a Physio practice and a Personal Training studio, so I'm out the door at 5 am and back home after 6 pm.
Currently, our other housemate, Alex (29) works full time and she is clean, tidy and a delight to live with.
We are looking for inclusive, positive energy and CLEAN person who communicates well.
We'd like someone who likes to come and go as they please and is not a complete homebody.
We don't mind a drink here and there and we're perfectly fine with you having friends over, but we certainly aren't looking for any 'partiers'! .... as I'm sure you can understand, with me having my daughter in the house at times.
