We are looking for someone to take a room with private ensuite bathroom and share a house with three other people aged between 25 and 35, 2 female and 1 male. The bedroom has its own ensuite, 7 cupboards with a shelf above the coat hanger pole and can fit easily fit a queen bed, two desks, set of drawers. There is a queen bed already in the room if you want it but if you don't then it is no big deal. We have a shed with room for storage should you have your own furniture such as couches and other things that you want to bring along. The bond is 4 weeks of rent for the room and rent is to be paid two weeks in advance weekly. Other bills are split 4 ways between housemates. The bills over the year average to less than $20 a week. Bedroom door has a lock and three keys (Real Estate holds onto one of them). Everyone has a key to the front door of the house and their own bedroom key including you.
