I have called this spacious, light and airy townhouse home for a wonderful 4 years however due to unexpected circumstances it is now time to fly the coop. The room available is a HUGE master bedroom (a rarity now days in a townhouse!) which comes unfurnished with private balcony, air conditioning, walk in wardrobe and large ensuite. It would comfortably fit a king size bed and still have room for a book case/desk etc and still the ability to freely walk around without having to dodge anything. The townhouse is situated at the end of the complex so completely private and quiet. There is a generous courtyard and patio (both covered and uncovered) with a mango tree that fruits every Summer (if that hasn't swayed you already...). It really is the perfect location. The car park is not allocated to any particular room mate, so first in best dress on the day.
