Hi everyone! We have a spot come up in our cute house and looking for someone rad and employed who may be interested in moving in around end of January/February. Holland Park West, 7km from the city, 2 min walk to the Holland Park West bus station (it's about 10 min bus to UQ and 10 to the city or one stop away from Griffith Uni). It's a great location for any inner-city workers or students. Bond is approx $550. Modern & purty house (with a garden and balcony), chill pad and our home 💗 Cheap rent, small room with cupboard and other hanging space (otherwise unfurnished), share bathroom with two females, unlimited internet, split bills and four incredible people. It has the best view of the garden. Bills: $19 a month each for unlimited internet, electricity is about $100-$120 each per quarter and usually a little more after summer hits when we use the a/c more often (approx $130 each). Water is around $80-$90 each per quarter. We split gas whenever the gas bottles run out and communal cleaning supplies. There's 5 of us so it's always super cheap split between us. This is not a party house and we are happy, chilled souls who like good vibes and each other's company. We are a no-drama household and accept no crazies.
