Your room is a 3.6m x 3.6m master bedroom with high ceilings, curtains, lockable windows, ceiling fan, and a new reverse cycle air conditioner. A large new wardrobe includes drawers, shelves and hanging space. Your bedroom has a king bed with a high quality lumbar support mattress, and bedding, if you require it. Bed inclusion is flexible.

The house is a traditional old Queenslander in a quiet area of Holland Park, close to Cavendish Road. Close to Westfield Carindale, Westfield Mt Gravatt, bus stops, Mt Gravatt Tafe, Griffith University, Whites Hill Reserve, Carrara St shops, Mt Gravatt pool, GoodLife gyms x 2, organic supermarkets, etc. Lots of trees in our area and walking distance to local shops. Beautiful front balcony to sit on. Lovely deep bathtub. Shared laundry downstairs with front loading washing machine and clothes drier for occasional usage. Heaps of fridge and pantry space in the kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave, and gas cooktop. New reverse cycle air conditioner in open living lounge/kitchen area. Shared couch and TV in living area.

Rent includes electricity, gas, water, internet, fortnightly visiting cleaner to vacuum and mop common areas plus lawn mowing.

We try to be environmentally friendly when using electricity and water. There are 3 water tanks on the property if you like gardening, and 2 compost bins. The house has filtration on all water sources, including shower. We like to limit our use of the clothes drier to rainy times as there is beautiful morning sun to hang clothes in, and hanging lines underneath the house.
