The unit is in an amazing area - Holland Park is only a 10-15 minute drive from Brisbane City, Carindale Westfield, Garden City Westfield, and most other shopping or extracurricular facilities. There is also a bus stop only a 2 minute walk down the road. There’s lots of little cafes, restaurants, post office, convenience store and pub within a 5 minute walk. It is in a unit block of 6 with respectful and friendly neighbours who create a positive and safe environment and community. The unit is fully furnished other than the bedroom I am listing. There’s a nice little private courtyard as well as a shared clothes line out in the communal garden area. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Water bill is included in rent but electricity is paid monthly which is usually about $50 per person each month.
