Quiet relaxed household. The house is a traditional old Queenslander in a quiet area of Holland Park, close to Cavendish Road. Lots of trees in our area and walking distance to local shops. Beautiful front balcony to sit on. Lovely renovated bathroom including deep bathtub.

Shared laundry downstairs with front loading washing machine and clothes drier for emergency usage. Clothes line outside in direct sunlight for fast clothes drying plus clothes line under house for drying in wet weather.

Heaps of fridge and pantry space in the kitchen. Breakfast bar with stools. Dishwasher, microwave, and gas cooktop. New reverse cycle air conditioner in open living lounge/kitchen area. Shared couch, dining table and TV in living area.

Rent includes electricity, gas, water, internet, fortnightly visiting cleaner to vacuum and mop common areas plus lawn mowing.

We try to be environmentally friendly when using electricity and water. There are 3 water tanks on the property if you like gardening, and 2 compost bins. The house has filtration on all water sources, including shower. We like to limit our use of the clothes drier to rainy times as there is beautiful morning sun to hang clothes in, and hanging lines underneath the house.
