About the property
The room will include the white drawers, clothes hanger and the mirror. It will not include the bed or the bedside table so you will need to provide those yourself. If you don’t want the furniture in the room but yours instead that’s okay too. Just let me know so I can arrange to move them out of the room.
The house is a 10min drive away from Griffith University (Nathan Campus) and 20min away from Garden city. There are plenty of bus stops nearby that go to Garden city or into the CBD.
Bills are not included in the rent. The bills you will need to pay are
- electricity (quarterly)
- Water (quarterly)
- Internet (monthly)
You will need to fill in an application to be added to the lease agreement through the real estate and the bond is to be lodged through the RTA.
